Resiliance Funding 2018
FCDT are pleased to announce that they have DTAS resilience funding available to distribute. Those organisations and local projects within the Fauldhouse & Breich Valley communities working with people affected by welfare reforms and benefit cuts are eligible and can apply for up to £2,000.
The funding could be used to cover core & staffing costs, project costs, equipment, resources, services. This could also include advice and advocacy services, assistance with job applications, literacy and numeracy skills training, signposting to other support and information services, among other things.
The Grant must be fully spent by the 31st January 2019, and a record of all expenditure and a *final report submitted to Fauldhouse Community Development Trust at the end of the project.
* The ‘final report’ should be a brief outline of how the funding was spent and what it helped to achieve. A Reporting Template will be sent to all successful applicants.
Applications must be submitted by 4pm on Wednesday 28th February 2018
Tormywheel Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund
FCDT are distributing funds to charities, voluntary organisations and community groups local to REG Power Management’s Tormywheel Wind Farm.
The Fund will have an annual value of £10,000 and groups will be able to apply for grants between £250 and £2,000.
The Fund is open to any community project which is for the benefit of residents of the local area. Namely Fauldhouse & The Breich Valley Communities: Communities located within 5km of the Tormywheel Wind Farm Development. This Fund can provide both capital and revenue grants.
The deadline for applications is 2pm Friday 19th January 2018.
