Office Administrator (part-time/temporary)

£18, 626 pro rata – 12 hours per week (days tba) from now until end of March 2018
Experienced, motivated person with good office and IT skills required to provide office and administrative support to The MOOD Project. The MOOD Project is a small charity that works with adults over 55 with depression and anxiety in West Lothian. Duties include office admin, finance and banking, client and staff support.

For the MOOD Project, West Lothian
The MOOD Project need energetic people to join their Management Board and help run The MOOD Project. The MOOD Project is a small charity (SC028944) based in West Lothian that promotes positive mental health and recovery to people over 55 years experiencing, or at risk of developing, depression and anxiety. MOOD provides 1: 1 support, group activities, information and signposting to other services, and has been in existence since 1999.
MOOD’s Management Board meets every 6 – 8 weeks in Fauldhouse and welcome new potential members. They are especially looking for people interested and experienced in finances and fundraising, as well as anyone who feels they have something offer to this long-established and ambitious organization. This is a voluntary role; travelling expenses can be claimed if appropriate.
