Fauldhouse gets "green" funding from the Scottish GovernmentFauldhouse CDT has been successful in receiving a grant for nearly £50,000 for a project that will help Fauldhouse cut its carbon footprint. We all know that Climate Change is a global issue and on the political agenda at the moment, but what does that actually mean for us in Fauldhouse and what could or should we be doing about it? |

Match funding for Community Hub secured!Our Community Hub Project is now set to proceed early in 2010, as we have secured the extra £150,000 to match up with the Lottery grant to complete the full funding needed for the project. These funds come from the Third Sector Enterprise Fund (Scottish Government), The Levenseat Trust and West Lothian LEADER funding. If you want to know more, or if you want to be involved in this project, please contact the CDT. We currently have a small group of CDT Directors and CDT Members/Volunteers who will make sure the Community is involved every step of the way and ensure this project keeps progressing and keeps to timetable and budget. |
