
Small Grants

F&BV CDT manages, administers, and distributes, £10,000 on behalf of RES. This Community Benefit Small Grant Fund is available each year as part of F&BV CDT’s Small Grants Programme.
This year's Tormywheel fund has now closed to applicants. The fund will be open again in January 2026.
This fund is available annually to constituted community groups and organisations with their own bank accounts., operating within 5km of the Tormywheel Wind farm. Applications are available for funds between £250 and £2,000.

Blackfaulds Court Tenants Group
To provide activities for Older People living in sheltered accommodation

Carers of West Lothian
To set up a family support group

Wildlife Trust Community Project
Local community wildlife preservation/conservation group

Fauldhouse Boxing Club
To buy much needed equipment to enable them to extend their work with young people within the communities.

Fauldhouse Children’s Gala Day
An historic annual event that brings the communities together.

Fauldhouse United Football Club
To purchase equipment and to work with the local primary schools providing taster sessions and access to sport

Greenburn Golf Club
To provide 100 places, in partnership with the local schools, for children and young people. Training sessions and a free annual membership

Loganlea Miners Welfare
To help towards the cost of equipment and to support their activities, including their community food larder

Lunch Club
To provide three course hot meals to those living within the community who are struggling to feed themselves/families.

Mood (Mental Health Support Project)
Providing a wide range of activities, services and resources for those suffering from issues relating to mental health and wellbeing

Young at Heart Group
To support activities and resources for older people

St Kents/Skills Centre
To contribute towards the training and accreditation activities implemented by young people who are struggling with school, are in the criminal justice system or who are in danger of exclusion

Monday Older Peoples Group
To fund activities and outings for older people.
