Wellbeing Matters
This project supports people in the community over the age of 18 who may be feeling low, lonely, or socially isolated, are finding life a little difficult, or are just looking for someone to chat to.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Development Worker, Rachel, can provide emotional and practical support on a one-to-one basis. She can also help you access community services and activities that support or improve your mental health and wellbeing. This help and guidance would be tailored to what is best suited to you, considering your specific circumstances and needs.
You can access this service by self-referring below. If you have any questions at all, please get in touch!
If you are a third party wishing to refer someone, please contact us. Email Rachel here, or call her at The Hub on 01501 773 699 for more information.
