Magician at F&BV CDT's Annual Fair Day

  • F&BV CDT organises an Annual Outdoor Springtime event, whether it is a Spring Clean-up, an Easter Egg Hunt or another family activity

  • The Eastfield Development Centre Craft Fair and Christmas Craft Fair showcase local crafting talent from Fauldhouse and the Breich Valley.

  • The Summer Programme is a series of events and activities, organised by F&BV CDT, held at EDC for local children during the school’s summer break.

  • F&BV CDT’s Annual Fair Day is a free community event which takes place on the first Saturday in September, organised by F&BV CDT. The event is held at Eastfield Development Centre with a range of outdoor activities taking place on the playing fields. This family day is organised by F&BV CDT staff and volunteers, and it includes music, entertainment, food and refreshments, craft stalls and activities.

  • Children’s Halloween, Birthday and Christmas Parties.

  • The Remembrance Sunday Service is the annual inter-denominational event organised by members of the community, with support from F&BV CDT. It is held at the Fauldhouse War Memorial.

  • F&BV CDT pay West Lothian Council to erect the Fauldhouse village Christmas tree in early December on behalf of F&BV CDT. We have committed to raising funds, with the support of the local community, to provide the Christmas tree and tree lights annually.

  • Christmas Hamper and Toy Appeal. Five years on, this has now become an annual appeal when F&BV CDT provide both Christmas food hampers and toys for children, individuals, families, and older people struggling financially or socially isolated over the festive period. In 2022 we delivered 237 hampers and Christmas lunches, 94 Christmas teas for older people and over 300 children’s toys. This has all been made possible by community donations and the support of an army of dedicated and committed volunteers.
